The goal is to build muscle, improve overall fitness, and enhance daily life activities. 

Interval Training

30 minutes of heart pounding fun! Involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods. It's a highly efficient way to burn calories and improve cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time. 

Ever Young

A specialized program designed for seniors aged 55 and older. This small group fitness program provides personalized support with a focus on: boosting strength, building endurance, and maintaining stability.

Youth Strength & Conditioning

Offered in an 6-week block featuring 45 minute sessions twice-weekly, allowing for proper recovery while maintaining consistency.

This program emphasizes movement quality focusing on bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, light dumbbells, and functional movement patterns.
