Strength Training
Monday & Wednesday - 5:15, 6:15, 8:15, 9:15am, 4:30pm & 5:30pm
Friday - 5:15, 6:15, 8:15, and 9:15am
These 30 minute classes are designed to increase muscle strength and endurance by working muscles against resistance, using various methods, including free weights, resistance bands, or even your own body weight. The goal is to build muscle, improve overall fitness, and enhance daily life activities.
Interval Training
Tuesday & Thursday - 5:15, 6:15, 8:15, 9:15am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturdays - 7:45 & 8:45 (45 min workouts)
30 minutes of heart pounding fun! Involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods. It's a highly efficient way to burn calories and improve cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time.
Ever Young
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:15-10:45am
A specialized program designed for seniors aged 55 and older. This small group fitness program provides personalized support with a focus on: boosting strength, building endurance, and maintaining stability.
Youth Strength & Conditioning
Tuesday & Thursday 6:30-7:15pm
Offered in an 6-week block featuring 45 minute sessions twice-weekly, allowing for proper recovery while maintaining consistency.
This program emphasizes movement quality focusing on bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, light dumbbells, and functional movement patterns. Typical sessions include dynamic warm-ups, fundamental movement skills, core strengthening, agility drills, and flexibility work to increase strength and build speed.
Age-appropriate progressions are a program cornerstone, with younger participants (8-12) focusing heavily on movement mechanics, while older participants (13-16) can incorporate more structured strength training.
